Human Resources Management

Ethic is a major pilar of Plastic Omnium, confirmed by the Group’s membership since 2003 to United Nations Global Compact. The same year was launched the first internal Code of conduct, today translated in 22 languages.

The Group's commitments are shared by all: respect for the employees, for the environment, confidentiality of data, rejection of discrimination, fraud and corruption.
